ShopRite of Lawrenceville is seeking a CSA/Carts Clerk to provide friendly, accurate service to customers and manage cart retrieval from the parking lot. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and presentation while supporting store operations in Lawrenceville, NJ.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and work with others throughout various shifts. 18+ years old and reliable attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English proficiently.
• Stand/walk for the full shift; able to lift up to 25 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Care for customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and work well with others.
• Adhere to attendance policies and schedules; flexibility for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work/shopping area.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Return carts from parking areas and organize them for use.
• Handle damaged or return-to-stock items following store policy.
• Assist with stocking and merchandising as needed.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and QA standards in all tasks.
• Adhere to all uniforms, name badge, and dress code requirements.
