Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Stand/walk for full shifts and regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work/shopping environment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
• Remove debris from carts and collect empty carts from designated areas and return them to their proper place.
• Handle damaged or return-to-stock products according to Company policy, prioritizing refrigerated, perishable items and sell-by date.
• Follow QA hand washing standards and wear disposable gloves when handling food.
• Perform duties in accordance with ShopRite Service Priorities: Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency.
