Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Center Director to lead our Carson City, NV center and partner with senior clinical leaders to drive growth and operational excellence.

You will oversee administration, staffing, and billing processes, while advancing access to life-changing ABA services for children with autism. Join a mission-driven team focused on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with ABA Therapy preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
• Excellent leadership skills
• Superior project, planning, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the financial growth of the center by effectively managing day-to-day operations
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ ABA services by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other referral sources
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new families through weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in the clinical team
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement for ABA services through oversight of Authorizations and Billing procedures
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance and grow professionally through evaluation and goal setting
