Enterprise Mobility is seeking an IT Engineer 2 to join the Global Booking Orchestration - CarShare technology team. You will ensure reliability, performance, and operational health of the CarShare platform and related services, working across product, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of production Java experience, RESTful services, and API tooling, with a focus on security and reliability. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with in-person needs at our St.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise Java applications in production.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience with API design, testing tools, and API integration.
• Experience with source control using Git-based systems (e.g. Bitbucket).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams on enhancements.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability of CarShare and related services.
• Participate in rotating on-call support for after-hours incidents.
• Lead incident response, releases, and root-cause analysis to improve stability.
• Support integrations between booking platforms, vehicle systems, and downstream services.
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Proactively identify risks and drive automation for better operations.
