About the Role:

The Carryout Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of carryout services within a retail or grocery environment. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of carryout associates, ensuring that customer orders are handled with accuracy, care, and timeliness. The supervisor will lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during the carryout process. Minimum Qualifications:
