Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with telecommunications carriers and aggregators.
• Serve as primary escalation owner for outages and disputes.
• Conduct performance reviews and remediation plans for SLAs.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, pricing, and service credits.
• Collaborate with Voice, Network, Operations, and Sales Engineering teams.
