Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or customer service (3+ years preferred).
• 1 year of carrier sales experience with a focus on drayage (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of transportation and drayage operations, including carrier regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers and drivers to cover freight.
• Manage daily dispatch operations with accurate shipment details to carriers.
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery and provide updates to teams and customers.
• Collect and verify carrier documentation for on-time shipment closeout and billing.
• Build and maintain long-term carrier relationships to improve capacity reliability.
