Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of carrier sales experience with focus on drayage.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers and drivers to cover freight.
• Manage daily dispatch operations with accurate shipment details.
• Track and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Collect and verify carrier documentation for on-time closeout and billing.
• Build and maintain long-term carrier relationships to strengthen capacity.
• Collaborate with Account Managers for pricing input and updates.
• Assist with customer service and account management tasks.
• Stay informed on market conditions and rate trends for competitive pricing.
• Generate new carrier leads and onboard qualified partners.
• Identify and resolve shipment or service issues with sound judgment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
