Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and adding carriers to your network
  • Maintaining and developing close relationships with carriers through daily communication
  • Reviewing carriers’ capacity to identify growth opportunities
  • Observing and applying knowledge of freight market trends and seasonalities
  • Negotiating rates with carriers through daily follow-up calls
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Management to provide capacity solutions for current and prospective customers
