Our Truckload Division is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in the logistics industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Uncapped commission earning potential.

The Role:
  • As a Carrier Sales Representative, you'll build and maintain relationships with carriers across North America. You'll work closely with our operations and customer sales teams to ensure quick, efficient load coverage at competitive rates. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love negotiating deals, problem solving, and building relationships, this role is for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Source, qualify, and onboard new carriers to expand our network and meet customer needs
  • Negotiate rates and secure capacity for high-volume freight opportunities
  • Manage load execution: track shipments, resolve service issues, and communicate in real-time
  • Build long-term relationships with carrier partners through consistent communication and excellent service
  • Utilize internal systems and industry tools (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, Company's TMS) to manage freight movement
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure loads are booked, tracked, and delivered on time
  • Meet individual performance goals related to gross margin, coverage ratio, and carrier retention
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight brokerage and/or asset-based logistics required
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals in a high-volume setting
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to grow a carrier book of business
  • High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented
