Position Summary
The Carrier Sales Representative at Riverstone Logistics (RLX) plays a critical role in the growth and execution of our non-asset-based freight brokerage. This role is responsible for sourcing and developing relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring the seamless execution of shipments. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance, high-integrity environment and demonstrates relentless ownership, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to both carriers and customers.
At RLX, our Carrier Sales team is not just about booking trucks; it’s about building partnerships, solving problems, and supporting the backbone of American commerce through strategic freight movement. Your focus will be on carriers who service the full truckload (middle-mile) vertical of logistics.
