Responsibilities

• Build and expand US‑based carrier partnerships.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts to maximize profitability.
• Manage daily shipments for timely pick‑up and delivery.
• Resolve transportation issues quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate internally on pricing strategy, account plans, and customer solutions.
• Maintain market knowledge: lanes, seasonality, geography, and capacity trends.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and department goals.
• Mentor and train local Panamanian team members in freight brokerage best practices, operational excellence, and relationship management.
• Take ownership of critical loads and key accounts.

What You Bring
