Job summary

Cinter Technology is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative for our Plano, TX onsite team. This 1-year contract/W2 role focuses on driving revenue growth through carrier relationships and competitive pricing strategies.

You will source capacity, negotiate rates, and manage shipments from tender to delivery, using TMS tools and tracking platforms. Strong English and logistics experience are preferred for fast-paced execution.

Qualifications

• Carrier Sales experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation operations, carrier sales, freight brokerage, or full-cycle account management.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and logistics platforms.
• Experience using industry tools such as DAT, Highway, SaferWeb, Aljex, MacroPoint, MyCarrierPortal.
• Proven success in business development, cold calling, carrier relationship management, and rate negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Account optimization & revenue growth within key accounts.
• Rate negotiation based on spot markets and lane trends.
• Carrier sourcing & capacity procurement with asset-based and owner-operator carriers.
• Shipment execution & tracking from tender to delivery using real-time tools.
• System accuracy & order processing in TMS (Aljex).
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations and accounting to ensure satisfaction.
