Dino's Logistics is seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team in a full-time capacity in St. Louis, MO. You will negotiate freight rates, coordinate shipments, and build strong relationships with carriers and shippers to ensure reliable, cost-effective transportation across the United States.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the logistics landscape. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually and 7am–4pm hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations, market trends, and carrier networks.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Proficiency in transportation management software (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and transportation companies.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
• Coordinate freight shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance.
