Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–3 years in transportation brokerage; 1–2 years in sales or account management preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure capacity.
• Be primary contact for carrier inquiries and performance feedback.
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity for loads.
• Monitor market trends and adjust buy strategies.
• Implement documentation, compliance, and track/trace.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
