Job summary

Legacy Logistics Incorporated is seeking a Carrier Relations Representative to support our logistics and brokerage team. You will work closely with carriers to coordinate freight moves, ensure accurate documentation in our TMS, and communicate between carriers and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on timely, accurate updates and professional carrier relations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across phone and email.
• Experience coordinating loads and maintaining carrier relationships.
• Attention to detail in documentation and data entry in TMS.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for carriers and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate brokered loads and support sales with carrier updates.
• Enter and maintain load documentation in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays or changes in delivery plans.
• Collaborate with sales and operations for carrier onboarding and compliance.
• Address carrier concerns professionally and proactively.
