Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Lead, Carrier Provisioning to drive end-to-end management of carrier telephone number inventory and associated resources in a hybrid work setting. You will audit inventories, maintain NANPA resources, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with internal teams and external carriers.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in telecom ops, a STEM-aligned degree, and strong data-analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills to optimize provisioning and onboarding

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom operations or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; STEM preferred.
• Experience with US/Canada TNI management, onboarding, audits, reporting.
• Knowledge of numbering resources, routing, NRUF/RND, FCC, NANPA.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of carrier telephone number inventory resources.
• Perform audits to reconcile discrepancies across systems.
• Administer codes/blocks and NANPA ordering (CLLI, LRNs, routing).
• Maintain NRUF/RND data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting on inventory utilization.
• Support onboarding of new customers and requirements documentation.
• Create, maintain and improve SOPs and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and carriers on data migrations.
