Flstransport is seeking an experienced Carrier Procurement professional to join our Chicago office. You will build carrier relationships, source and dispatch carriers, and negotiate rates to move freight efficiently.

Qualifications include at least 2 years in carrier sales brokerage, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong cost analysis and negotiation skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This role offers salary plus commission and a benefits package.

Carrier Procurement

We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and established Carrier procurement professional to join our Chicago office.

The Carrier Procurement Representative will be responsible for building carrier relationships, selling freight, negotiating rates and handling all operational functions to ensure freight gets moved. Must have strong carrier relationships in a third-party (3PL), brokerage environment.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Leading the carrier sales/brokerage strategy for the US and Canada
• Streamlining all aspects of transportation procurement
