Spot Freight is seeking a Carrier Account Coordinator to support operations for existing accounts, ensuring freight arrives safely and on time while meeting customer expectations. The role requires strong communication, service orientation, and a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities include executing daily operations, coordinating with internal Spot teams, and maintaining load data accuracy to support load match goals and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute on day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing carrier inquiries, and resolving load issues.
• Follow established business processes to ensure consistent operations.
• Coordinate load management with Spot stakeholders and internal teams.
• Answer calls, audit load information, and enter load data when booking loads.
• Track and trace booked shipments as needed.
