Syfan Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team.

You will communicate with carriers and customers to guarantee on-time service for all shipments and maintain strong, lasting relationships. The role requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills, proficiency with MS Office and our Transportation Management System, and the ability to adapt to changing load situations while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and the TMS.
• Excellent organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Willingness to receive coaching and follow procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a dynamic team with high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches carriers by phone and computer in an efficient, professional manner.
• Manages load information including pickup and delivery times using logistics software.
• Tracks and communicates driver movements to shippers and receivers.
• Directly addresses shipment delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Documents communications with carriers and customers in the TMS logs.
• Identifies load issues and works with the team to implement solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support operations.
