Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Own cost modeling and defect reporting for Amazon Freight (1P) truckload operations.
• Quantify financial impacts of network changes and recommend routing or procurement adjustments.
• Analyze 1P vs 3P carrier economics to inform selection logic.
• Build carrier performance frameworks and support quarterly planning cycles.
