RAS Logistics LLC in Guilderland, NY is seeking a Carrier Field Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard qualified trucking carriers for its logistics network. Travel 50–75% is expected; you will collaborate with operations, verify COI, W-9, MC Authority, DOT, and FMCSA compliance, and maintain carrier relationships to support onboarding.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified owner-operators, small fleets, and trucking companies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of reliable carriers
• Perform initial carrier qualification and screening

  • MC Authority
  • DOT Number
  • Operating Authority

• Maintain ongoing communication throughout the onboarding process

Compensation
