This role is responsible for recruiting, vetting, and managing relationships with third-party carriers to help build a reliable, compliant, and cost-effective freight network. The Carrier Development Manager plays a key role in ensuring profitable, on-time load coverage while supporting strong service for our customers and stakeholders. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position in a remote office environment, with required in-office visits bi-monthly and for quarterly events.
As a Carrier Development Rep, you will support daily freight coverage needs while developing a strong carrier network that can serve the business across changing market conditions.

Remote office environment with required in-office visits bi-monthly and for quarterly events. Ability to sit for long periods of time with limited physical exertion. Ability to use standard office equipment in a typical office environment. Ability to use close and distance vision to focus on a computer screen for the majority of the workday.
