Job Title: Truckload Carrier Development Analyst

JOB PURPOSE:

Manage and oversee all day-to-day carrier development and relations. Analyze and review Client networks for margin and capacity improvement.

CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manage continuing quality process improvement.
• Coordination of problem resolution between customers and carriers.
• Truckload rate and contract negotiations
• Ensure that all departmental deadlines are met to company guidelines. (including status reports.)
• Lead continued quality improvement and product enhancement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
