Arrive Logistics is hiring a Carrier Account Representative in St. Paul, MN. You will establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to meet customers’ needs while delivering best-in-class service.

Training kicks off in June to fast-track your development within our high-energy team. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with a knack for building relationships with drivers, dispatchers, and business leaders alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
• Able to build relationships with a wide variety of people including drivers, dispatchers, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to serve customers’ needs.
• Provide best-in-class service and proactive follow-up to customers and carriers.
• Participate in training/mentorship program beginning in June to develop carrier strategies.
