Job summary

SOAR365 is seeking a Carpet Technician in the Greater Richmond area to maintain carpets and floor coverings, remove stains, and assist with facility upkeep. You will operate carpet cleaning equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and coordinate with your supervisor on daily tasks.

Lifting up to 50 pounds and basic math are required, with a high school diploma beneficial. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions from supervisors.
• Basic math skills for measurement and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets and floor coverings with scheduled cleaning and stain removal.
• Operate portable and hand-operated carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards; report supplies and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with supervisor to understand daily assignments and support operations.
