• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication to report issues and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain fresh, clean carpets
• Apply floor care treatments such as buffing, polishing, and sealing to preserve flooring quality
• Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently (vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors)
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used safely per safety protocols
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Floor Technician to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our commercial facilities.

Duties

• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain fresh, clean carpets
• Apply floor care treatments such as buffing, polishing, and sealing to preserve the quality and appearance of various flooring types
• Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and extractors
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and materials are stocked, organized, and used responsibly in accordance with safety protocols
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe working environment for all staff

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services within commercial or institutional settings
