Job summary

SOAR365 is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to care for buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles across the organization in Richmond, VA. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections to keep facilities operating at their best, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Management Director.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and maintenance certification (preferred), along with ability to operate common tools and lift up to 150 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety practices and policies across facilities.
• Experience using common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance across building systems and grounds.
• Conduct facility inspections and assist in vehicle preparation for inspections.
• Communicate with Maintenance Manager and Facilities Management Director.
• Maintain DMV records and adhere to safety and training timelines.
