Qualifications

• One year of industrial sewing or machine operating experience preferred (training available).
• Basic knowledge of industrial sewing equipment and textile materials.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to fabricate carpet products.
• Read and interpret FWOs, specifications, and sewing instructions.
• Locate materials required for each work order and verify yarn.
• Align and sew materials according to seam allowances and tension.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and report issues.
