Essential Duties

• Assist Crew Chiefs in providing high-quality cleaning services for carpets, rugs, upholstery, and tile in homes and businesses
• Learn and apply advanced cleaning methods and equipment
• Interact professionally with customers and co-workers
• Be available for emergency water extraction and cleanup
• Cross-train in other areas as needed
• Make confident decisions regarding equipment and manpower
• Ensure customer satisfaction with quality work
• Maintain a neat appearance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Preferred 2+ years manual labor experience, but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass criminal background and drug screening
