Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of operations/trades/shipyard experience.
• Must be able to work all shifts.
• Minimum of 1 year EB experience or 3 years combined relevant experience and leadership in high-volume setting or an Engineering degree in a related field.

Aufgaben

• Managing a crew of carpenters on Overhaul/Repair or New Construction Contracts.
• Set, assign and measure daily production goals; provide technical expertise; instruct, mentor, and motivate the crew.
• Support department goals for safety, quality, cost, schedule and continuous improvement.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Interact with various levels of employees in the organization.
• Read and understand blueprints, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient with EWP, SWSS, 7G, ATA, Microsoft Office and other EB production systems.
• Adapt to challenges while remaining calm and compliant.
