Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of skilled trades and support personnel in daily operations.
• Assign work tasks, set priorities, and manage schedules to meet demanding deadlines.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and pivot quickly to address shifting operational needs.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all work activities.
• Utilize computer systems and digital tools to track workflow, labor hours, production metrics, and resource allocation.
• Influence and engage stakeholders to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Foster a questioning attitude to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and promote problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver operational excellence and meet shipbuilding milestones.
• Direct, coach, and develop teams in a high‑paced environment.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, reduce work order span times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with other multi‑trade supervisors on the team to provide first‑time quality on time.
