Job summary

Closets by Design Virginia Beach is seeking a Carpentry Install Assistant to support Installers with on-site installations of custom closets, home offices, and more. You will help maintain safety, quality, and productivity while learning the trade in a hands-on environment.

This role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, and good organizational skills. Training is provided, with a clear path to advancement; typical schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends, and tools

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products.
• Communicate necessary information in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate company vehicle and tools safely.

Carpentry Install Assistants assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion., and operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
