Job summary

Closets by Design Richmond is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist Installers with safe, high-quality installations of our custom closets and home organization products. The role emphasizes customer service and workmanship.

You will operate the company vehicle, follow safety protocols, and participate in paid training. This full-time position offers weekdays, competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour, benefits, and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Experience installing closets, garages, or offices preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

We currently have the Carpentry/Installer Helper position available: Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
