Job summary

Closets By Design Salt Lake City is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist Lead Installers with installing our custom closets and related systems. You’ll work safely, deliver quality results, and support customer satisfaction. It emphasizes problem solving, hands-on use of tools, and strong communication.

There is a direct career path to Lead with pay increases as you gain experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday with paid training, health benefits, and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Be a strong problem solver.
• Good with tools and working with hands.
• Strong customer service.
• Possess and maintain current driver's license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
