Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an Installer Helper to assist Installers with installing our custom closet and home organization products. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, with friendly communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Tools and a company vehicle are provided, and training supports growth. Expect Monday–Friday hours, no weekends, with starting pay at $18/hour plus benefits including 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable manner.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional way to support satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.

Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
