Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry Installer Assistant to support Installers with installing custom closets and related products in residential settings. You will help maintain high quality workmanship while ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites.

The role emphasizes clear, friendly communication with clients and teams, plus strong organization to keep projects on schedule. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
