Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper in Grand Rapids, MI to support Installers with high-quality installations and ensure client satisfaction.

You'll operate company vehicle and tools safely, communicate professionally, and contribute to a safe, productive job site while following company policies and standards. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, training, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
