Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist Installers with the installation of custom closets, home office furniture, and related products in a safe and efficient manner.

You will operate the company vehicle and tools, communicate professionally with clients, and support a high standard of workmanship. The role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive manner.
• Operate company vehicle and hand/tools safely and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional communication to clients to ensure satisfaction.

Carpentry/Installer Helper Position

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements
