Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry Install Assistant to support installation teams in Virginia Beach. The role focuses on safe, precise installation of custom closets and home systems, with a customer‑facing service mindset.

Ideal candidates will assist installers, follow safety protocols, and maintain organized work sites. Monday through Friday Shifts, with paid training and opportunities for advancement; company vehicle and tools provided.

Carpentry Install Assistants assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion., and operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain current driver's license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner.
