Job summary

Closets By Design, located in Maryland Heights, is looking for apprentices to assist lead Installers in delivering high-quality home organizing systems. The role provides a clear career path with growth potential, leading to a position as a lead carpenter where earnings can reach up to $90,000 per year.

This position leads to a lead carpentry position, with an income range that can grow from $45,000/year to $90,000/year as a full installer. We promote from within.

Our apprentices assist lead Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain current driver's license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong personal organization skills
