Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a motivated Carpentry/Installer Helper to assist Installers with installation of custom closets, home office furniture, and related systems. You will support safe, high-quality installations while communicating with clients professionally.

Position offers a direct career track to Lead with pay increases, paid training, ongoing development, and regular Monday–Friday hours. Tools and equipment are provided, with company vehicle usage for installations.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
