Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Carpentry/Installer Helper to support Installers with installation projects in a safe, high‑quality manner. You will drive the company vehicle, use tools, and help ensure client satisfaction through clear, friendly communication.

Preferred candidates have installation experience and strong organizational skills. This role offers weekday, on-site work with opportunities for growth and paid training.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver's license and safe operation of a company vehicle.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.

Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
