WoodMaster Portable Buildings, a division of Tuff Shed, industry leader in storage buildings, is seeking a Carpenter - Painting/Trim at our plant in Bastrop, TX. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals!

The Carpenter - Painting/Trim will be based at our manufacturing plant in Bastrop, TX, responsible for constructing, assembling, and ensuring the quality of wooden structures, following safety and production standards, and meeting customer specifications.

Responsibilities include:

1. Installing and repairing molding and trim on windows, doors, baseboards, mantels, and other decorative pieces.
2. Measuring and cutting with precision to ensure seamless finishes.
3. Reading and following blueprints and building plans.
4. Using hand and power tools such as squares, rules, and chisels.
5. Working with materials like wood, vinyl, fiberglass, and metal.
6. Fitting and installing window frames and interior/exterior trim using a level.
7. Finishing woodwork surfaces with paint and hand tools.
8. Ensuring structures are level and true with a carpenter's level.
9. Wearing protective gear and following safety procedures.
10. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
11. Supporting other duties in the carpentry manufacturing process, including erecting siding, electrical work, flooring, framing, roofing, and more.

Skills & Experience:

1. Knowledge of hand and power tools.
2. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
3. Painting ability.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
