We are seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to join our team, specializing in detailed woodworking and finishing carpentry. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, require limited direction, and consistently produce high-quality work. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and shape wood to create custom molding, millwork, and trim.
• Install trim components such as baseboards, crown molding, door casings, and window frames.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Construct cabinets, built-in shelves, and decorative woodwork as required.
• Apply stains, finishes, and varnishes to enhance wood aesthetics.
• Ensure precise fitting and seamless installation on various surfaces.
• Maintain tools and workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter or in Finish Carpentry.
• Skilled in using saws, planers, sanders, and other carpentry tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Physical stamina to handle tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing.
