Overview

Champion Window is seeking a Carpenter / Measure Technician

As a Carpenter / Measure Technician, you will be responsible for accurately measuring the customer’s home for installations and completing service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Measure for products at customer homes
• Repair windows, siding, and sunrooms
• Order and track repair/installation services
• Assist management with reporting and communication as needed
• Interact with homeowners to service their home-improvement needs
• Perform all job aspects safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; construction trade school a plus
• 3 to 5 years of experience in home improvement/construction involving carpentry, roofing, and window installation
• Experience with hand tools such as a brake, utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Math skills including measuring tape and angles
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
