Position Title: Carpentry Maintenance Mechanic 1
Location: Baltimore, MD
Position Type: Full-Time, Dayshift, 40 hours Weekly
Position Summary: Performs maintenance, repair, fabrication, installation, and modification work on buildings/components, offices, corridors, etc. Under general supervision, this work is performed using the tools and techniques of carpentry technology.
Requirements: 5 years related work experience, including 2 years experience in metal framing, drywalls and all types of floorings and ceiling applications.
The full-time equivalent spent in a state-approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.

Salary Range: Minimum $0.00 per hour - Maximum $0.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
