Position Title: Carpentry Maintenance Mechanic 1

Location: Baltimore, MD

Position Type: Full-Time, Dayshift, 40 hours Weekly

Position Summary

Performs maintenance, repair, fabrication, installation, and modification work on buildings, offices, corridors, etc. Under general supervision, this work is performed using the tools and techniques of carpentry technology.

Requirements

5 years related work experience, including 2 years experience in metal framing, drywalls, and all types of floorings and ceiling applications. The full-time equivalent spent in a state-approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.
