The Georgia World Congress Center is currently seeking a Carpenter II to join our team. This position reports to the Facility Manager - Maintenance. Duties include in-depth knowledge of commercial carpentry and general trade work. This role requires the ability and skill to perform carpentry tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general building maintenance of rough and finish carpentry, door hardware, utilizing computerized work order systems, executing work plans, and performing all facets of carpentry work, along with general maintenance tasks. The role involves completing daily event requests, training and supervising subordinate staff, and providing engineering services within the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, and surrounding areas as directed.
