• Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or within 1 hour of travel to the FPIP Client site.

• Escort vendors for PM & CM activities.

Responsible for escorting vendor in the execution of Vendor PM & CM activities

-At least 6 years direct & Actual work experience in Bldg Operations & Maintenance

-NC II certification holder

-Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from & to the FPIP Client site

-Knowledgeable in Occupational Health & Safety
